No casualties were reported.
Following the incident, the company immediately activated its emergency response plan. Upon receiving the report, the Gangbei District People's Government quickly organized emergency response, fire rescue, and environmental protection departments to conduct on-site handling work.
As of 4:40 PM that day, the leak point had been sealed, and the spilled molasses enhancer solution was being collected and disposed of. The environmental protection department was conducting environmental monitoring to prevent secondary disasters caused by the spilled molasses enhancer solution.
