Vietnam Airlines' operations in Cambodia have been moved to the new Phnom Penh airport.

  Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – According to a notification from the Cambodian Civil Aviation Authority regarding the transfer of all flight operations from Phnom Penh International Airport (IATA code: PNH) to Duc Choeng International Airport (IATA code: KTI), Vietnam Airlines flights to and from Phnom Penh will officially operate from Duc Choeng International Airport starting at 00:01 on September 9, 2025.

  Duc Choeng International Airport meets the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) 4F standard and is located in the southern part of Phnom Penh, more than 20 kilometers from the city center, approximately a 40-minute drive. The new airport is more than 30 kilometers from the old airport, approximately a 50-minute drive.

  During the initial operation of the new airport, Vietnam Airlines advises passengers to carefully check their departure and arrival airport information when booking and issuing tickets. Passengers should arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before international flight departure and pay close attention to the latest announcements from the airline. (End)
