Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – The "Jiangxi Rule of Law Development Report (2025)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Report") was released in Nanchang on the 21st. At the press conference, the research team from the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Justice, in response to a question from a reporter from China News Service, stated that Jiangxi has currently established a legal service network in Central Asia consisting of three law firms and one legal aid center – a "three firms and one center" structure.

As an inland province of China, Jiangxi adheres to promoting development through openness. The research team from the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Justice stated that Jiangxi regards the construction of foreign-related rule of law as an important support for promoting high-level opening-up and creating a rule-of-law and internationalized business environment.

In April 2024, Jiangxi's first overseas legal service institution – Weimin (Bishkek) Law Firm – was approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic. The report states that Jiangxi's efforts to promote the "going global" of law firms are still in their initial stages, with a limited number of overseas legal service branches established.

The report recommends that Jiangxi Province, focusing on countries participating in the Belt and Road Initiative, should take concrete measures to support the internationalization of its law firms, expanding into the international legal services market through establishing overseas branches and overseas mergers and acquisitions.

The Jiangxi Provincial Department of Justice research team introduced that Jiangxi has established a database of foreign-related law firms and a talent pool of foreign-related lawyers, systematically promoting the development of a foreign-related legal talent pool.

The report recommends that Jiangxi should promote the establishment of a talent training alliance for foreign-related commercial law professionals jointly by foreign affairs departments, judicial departments, enterprises, and law firms, strengthening practical training for foreign-related lawyers in areas such as cross-border investment, international trade, intellectual property, and civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
