  Southeast Asia Information Port (www.dnyxxg.com) – According to the Philippine National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, as of 6:00 AM on November 8th, Typhoon Hagupit had caused 204 deaths, 109 missing persons, and affected over 2.91 million people in the Philippines.

  Data shows that 128 locations across the Philippines experienced flooding, with nearly 30,000 homes damaged. 157 public facilities, including hospitals and schools, were damaged. Power supply was affected in 162 municipalities, communications in 86 municipalities were disrupted, 731 municipalities announced school closures, and 485 municipalities announced work stoppages. Agricultural losses exceeded 40 million pesos, equivalent to approximately 4.8 million RMB.
